Kim Zolciak’s Daughter Ariana, 20, Denies Drinking After Being Booked For Alleged DUI

Ariana was reportedly arrested in Georgia and faces three separate charges, as her lawyer argues that she was not ‘impaired by alcohol.’

1. misdemeanor DUI driving under the influence of alcohol

2. misdemeanor improper/erratic lane change

3. underage alcohol possession/purchase of alcohol

In a statement given to HollywoodLife, Ariana’s lawyer, Justin Spizman, denied the charges.

Ariana was involved in a minor fender bender.

When police arrived on scene, the investigating officer immediately initiated an investigation for DUI. 

This is reportedly the first arrest for Ariana.
